At Koravem, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items that have been altered or tailored
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@Koravem.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
