At Koravem, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, or peak shopping seasons.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We proudly ship to all countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during sales or holiday periods
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Dispatched in 1–2 Days
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
